Terms and Conditions – ChampExch Online Gaming Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ChampExch website at champexch.win, downloading the ChampExch Android app, registering an account, or using any service offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ChampExch.

2Eligibility

ChampExch reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

ChampExch does not make any representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in your specific circumstances.

3Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one ChampExch account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — including accounts in other names, with different email addresses or phone numbers — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, valid contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any other person. ChampExch will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify ChampExch support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you regarding account matters.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your account to deposit or play on your behalf.

ChampExch reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to determine which account, if any, will be treated as the valid account in cases where multiple registrations are detected.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits on ChampExch are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and selected mobile wallets. Available payment methods may vary from time to time.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and instruments that belong to you. Using another person's JazzCash account, Easypaisa wallet, bank account or card to fund your ChampExch balance is not permitted and may result in account suspension and the reversal of associated deposits.

Deposits are credited to your ChampExch balance once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds, while bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the sending institution.

ChampExch reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit was made from an account belonging to the registered user before processing any withdrawal from that balance. This is a standard identity and payment verification step.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the Deposit and Withdrawal section of your ChampExch account. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and returned to a payment account belonging to you.

ChampExch may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal if verification has not previously been completed or if the amount exceeds a certain threshold. Providing accurate and complete verification documents is a condition of receiving withdrawals.

• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method. ChampExch aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly.
• Withdrawals from balances that include bonus funds may be subject to the wagering requirements attached to that bonus before they can be processed.
• ChampExch reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests as part of its standard fraud prevention and account security procedures.

In cases where a withdrawal is delayed due to ongoing verification or a security review, ChampExch will communicate with you through your registered contact details regarding the status of the request.

6Games & Platform Use

The ChampExch platform offers Casino games, Live Casino tables, Bingo rooms, a Game Lobby with a wide selection of titles, and sports markets including Cricket, Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, Football and Esports. The availability of specific games and markets may change at any time without prior notice.

Games on the platform operate according to the rules defined by the respective game providers. In the event of any technical issue — including connectivity problems, game crashes or display errors — ChampExch will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter fairly, but cannot guarantee a specific outcome in disputed rounds.

7Bonuses & Promotions

ChampExch may offer bonuses, promotions and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion will have its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates and any other relevant conditions. These specific terms will be communicated when the bonus is offered.

General rules that apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated:

8User Conduct

You agree to use the ChampExch platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the platform's technical systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to interact with the platform.

ChampExch monitors account activity for suspicious patterns. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant balances may be withheld during this process. ChampExch cooperates fully with appropriate authorities in cases involving suspected financial crimes.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the ChampExch platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, trademarks and brand names — is the intellectual property of ChampExch or its licensed content providers and is protected accordingly.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission from ChampExch.

The ChampExch name, logo and related marks may not be used in any manner that could cause confusion, suggest endorsement or misrepresent any affiliation with the brand without prior written consent.

10Limitation of Liability

ChampExch provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime, security and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, error or technical issue.

To the fullest extent permitted, ChampExch shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or account balance resulting from technical failures beyond our control.
• Interruptions to game availability caused by third-party providers, network outages or scheduled maintenance.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Decisions made by game random number generators or live event outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law. In all cases, ChampExch's total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time of the incident.

ChampExch reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspicious account activity or suspected fraud.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Account inactivity over an extended period (as defined in the account management policy).

In cases of suspension for investigation, ChampExch will communicate with the account holder through registered contact details. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balance returned. If a breach is confirmed, ChampExch reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting ChampExch support. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

13Changes to These Terms

ChampExch may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment methods, game offerings or other operational requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
